If the cold option doesn’t work, then you could try some heat therapy. This is also pretty simple. Just buy a heating pad and attach it to injured area. This acts as more of a soothing massage to relax the area into health. It’s a good option for some tougher areas like the back and the knee that may feel stressed from everyday use.
