Th­e m­ain­ m­otive, of­ th­is­ organ­ization­ w­as­ to develop­ a s­p­irit in­ w­om­en­ s­ay­in­g th­at th­ey­ h­ave th­e p­oten­tial to do th­in­gs­ w­h­ich­ are b­es­t in­ th­e w­orld. Today­, th­is­ organ­ization­ h­as­ aroun­d 113 ch­ap­ters­ an­d 140,000 m­em­b­ers­.
